Section 1

Introduction

Welcome to pk21 (accessible at pk21.cam). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and the pk21 platform operator ("pk21", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of this website and all associated services, content, features and functionality offered thereon.

pk21 is an English-language online gaming information platform designed for adult users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to such content is permitted by applicable law. The platform covers sports betting guidance, live casino information, slot machine content, responsible gambling resources and related gaming topics.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Section 2

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pk21 website at pk21.cam and all associated pages, features and services.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses or registers on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, data, software, audio, video, information and other material available on or through the Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, information, promotional and support services offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount or other incentive offered by pk21 to eligible users under specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before processing certain transactions.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the compliance framework pk21 operates under to detect and prevent financial crime.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash.

Section 3

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pk21, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. pk21 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend or close Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfied.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using pk21 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk21 does not hold or claim a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) restricts certain gambling activities. This is not legal advice — consult qualified legal counsel if you are uncertain about your local laws.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one active Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and must promptly update such information if it changes. pk21 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Section 4

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of pk21 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information, selecting a unique username and password, and accepting these Terms. Registration constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and all associated policies.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk21 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 KYC Verification

pk21 may require users to complete identity verification (KYC) as a condition of processing withdrawals, activating bonuses or as part of ongoing AML compliance. Required documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and/or forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

4.4 Account Security

You must notify pk21 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. All connections to pk21 are secured with TLS/SSL encryption. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission is completely secure and pk21 cannot guarantee absolute security of your Account.

Section 5

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use pk21 solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Platform in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others and does not restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform.

5.2 Acceptable Use

When using pk21, you agree not to:

• Use any automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts to access or interact with the Platform without prior written consent;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, servers or networks;
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses or harmful data;
• Use the Platform to commit fraud or engage in money laundering;
• Collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5.3 Platform Availability

pk21 will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the Platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend, modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

Section 6

Payments & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made through the payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Payment options, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times and any applicable fees are subject to change and are displayed in the cashier. pk21 references familiar Pakistani payment tools such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as illustrative methods only. These providers do not endorse or support gambling activity and their availability must be verified directly in the cashier.

6.2 Currency

Transactions may be processed in PKR or in the base currency accepted by the operator, subject to applicable exchange rates. Any currency conversion costs are borne by the User. pk21 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds as displayed in the cashier. pk21 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, unresolved KYC documentation or breach of these Terms.

6.4 Cryptocurrency

Where cryptocurrency deposits (e.g. BTC, USDT) are accepted, transactions are subject to network confirmation times, applicable fees and applicable exchange rates at the time of processing. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible once broadcast to the network.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible users in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion. Eligibility criteria may include minimum deposit amounts, account status, geographic location and wagering history. pk21 reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be made. Different game categories may contribute at different percentages towards wagering requirements — full details are provided in each promotion's specific terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

pk21 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, use of low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion and the use of any technical exploit. Where bonus abuse is detected, pk21 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings and close the relevant Account without prior notice.

7.4 Promotional Changes

pk21 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. The terms of a promotion at the time of a user's opt-in shall govern that user's participation in that specific promotion instance.

Section 8

Responsible Gambling

pk21 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment only. You should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Session time limits and reminders
• Cooling-off periods
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent)

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk21 and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering or financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform software;
• Using automated betting systems, bots or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of sports integrity violation;
• Selling, transferring or otherwise disposing of your Account to a third party;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law;
• Any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All Content on the pk21 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of pk21 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of pk21.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk21 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or expected savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors or third-party service failures;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any Content published on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your own negligence.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Section 12

Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk21 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed after resolution of any pending transactions and satisfaction of applicable verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by pk21

pk21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with or without prior notice in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, dishonest or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or for any other reason deemed necessary by pk21 in its sole discretion.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

Section 13

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Users accessing pk21 from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pk21 does not represent that the use of this Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction and expressly disclaims any responsibility for a user's compliance with local laws. Section 14

Amendments

pk21 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
